Leadership begins not in strategy or tactics, but in unobscuring the light of lucid energy that is the core of what you are, your Quantum Self.
Your who-ness, the matter-based, temporary form you take. Smart and ever-helpful, it narrows what you can perceive to keep you tuned to the Earthling frequency.
Your what-ness, your true, formless essence. Undying, irreducible, ever shining at 100%. This is the Spirit we lead from.

IQ and EQ, we build up. SQ is already perfect, we just uncover it.
Consider the term human being. The human part is all about the human-ing, doing the Earthling thing, and we have a biological spacesuit (and an internal cast of characters, our personality parts) to help us with that.
The being part is foundational: the consciously aware, lucid energy that is projected through form. All the human-ing and helpful mindstuff and body-biz that comes from the biological spacesuit can tend to cover over the perfect light. Where IQ and EQ ask for more, more, more, SQ is already 100% there, we simply unobscure and remember it.
The One Truth is love.
LOVE is foundational. The frequency of love is foundational and the One Truth. We refer to this as the Foundation Rule.
This lucid Conscious Awareness is only ever loving and playful. It does not punish, it does not teach you lessons, and it does not bring you something terrible because you happened to think about something terrible. It is only love: compelling, warm and vast.
Matter is not the foundation of everything, Conscious Awareness is. Our Universe exists in Conscious Awareness, and at its foundation is the frequency of love.
Our who-ness is made of form, however our what-ness, our true essence, is formless. Form comes from the formless.
Every feature of the biological spacesuit carries helpful intent. But sometimes the outcome is not so helpful, which is why we call it helpful / "helpful." What is not aligned with love can obscure our connection to Spirit, and the answer is always love.
The frequency of Love is only ever perfect, and the One Truth is love. But when the formless begets the form, sometimes things get bonked around, dinked, and parts take on imprints other than love. The biological spacesuit can pick up some dings and dents. Physics in the classical sense is where the bonks and bruises happen, but the nature of the One Truth is quantum and perfect: only ever loving and vast.

The Foundation Rule defines our purpose for us. It becomes our mission, an in-the-now, this-IS-happening statement of purpose, and it sets our vision, the future state we are creating. As earthlings, superconscious leaders know the ultimate simplicity that we are here to:
